Tooltips are back on the Omarchy bar

New versions of five of my plugins for Omarchy. It started with a report from @bugsmithd on Wallpaper Rotate: hover the icon and the tooltip never appeared. In Omarchy 4.0.4 the bar only shows a tooltip for a widget that says the cursor is over it, through a tooltipHovered property, and the tooltip text is now plain, with no formatting. My widgets didn’t set it, so they all had the same problem.

I fixed it in all of them and tested it for real, one by one, with the actual cursor on the bar: with the fix the tooltip appears, without it it doesn’t.

In the same update the plugins got ready for Qt 6.12. Qt is adding its own Color type, which hides Omarchy’s colours, so plugins that use them bare would lose their colours. They now use Commons.Color, which already works today, with no visible change.
