Data backup
Business data is central to continuity. Theft, damage to premises, sabotage or a backup system that fails when needed can leave an organisation unable to operate, even if its hardware can be replaced.
What does your backup process actually cover?

The archived approach
The LEFTEROS backup service covered installation of backup software, creation and verification of copies, encryption and online transfer to cloud infrastructure in European data centres, including Dataplace Alblasserdam. Transfer technologies included rsync.
For large datasets, the initial service setup could use an offline seed: preparing and physically transferring the initial copy to the data centre. Ongoing monitoring covered backup execution and restoring data to the customer’s systems.
