Seasonal styles on Lefteros.com
19 September 2026 / Lefteris Iliadis / SomniusX
My personal archive is gaining a little of each season’s atmosphere without changing its character or how it works.

Five seasonal moods
Spring brings soft petals and fresh colour, summer adds light and waves, autumn introduces drifting leaves and warmer tones, and Christmas brings snow and small festive glows. The Orthodox Easter style combines restrained candlelight and red eggs with lighter spring details.
The changes stay in the background. They do not move the content, obstruct links or forms, or alter how the website functions.
Automatic or manually selected
The seasonal layer can stay off, follow the Greek calendar automatically, or be selected manually through the website editor. This lets every theme be tested independently before it is enabled publicly.
Automatic mode uses Athens time and calculates the dates of Orthodox Easter. The other periods follow spring, summer, autumn and the Christmas festive season.
Clean and quiet for visitors
The editor is the only place that controls the setting. There is no cookie, local storage, visitor identifier or tracking. When a device requests reduced motion, seasonal details remain still.
As with the site-wide font, each change goes through GitHub, the website checks and automatic publishing. The result remains a calm personal archive, with just a small reminder of the season beyond the screen.
