[WWDC10]: The impressive Apple App Wall

Historical text from HellasProject (2009–2014). It is not current advice or a present-day service.

Apple took care this year too to present the App Store in a distinctive way to WWDC 2010 attendees, installing the App Wall. The App Wall is formed of 30 24-inch LED Cinema Displays, which show the top 50,000 apps in the App Store, among the 225,000 it includes. The app icons appear in a Matrix-film code style and create a truly impressive effect. Once the panel fills with 10,800 apps, it refreshes starting again from the beginning. We have to admit this year’s effort is even more impressive than last year’s. Here is the related video from YouTube.
